Lack of communication mechanism is the major limitation in the EA evolution.  The EA problem today is not about the excellence of  architecture design rather it is about how much information has be conveyed to the stakeholders.  Traditional EA has become a technical writing practice to produce volume of document .  LEA take an architecture drawing approach to communicate directly with the stakeholders.   This is particularly important for LEA to become international architecture practice in the multiple language environment.

John Zachman suggests  that EA artifacts must be graphically presented . He  stated  that :

“I would further suggest that ultimately, the Enterprise will require that these artifacts must necessarily be graphically presented because at the point in time when you will need the artifacts, you won’t have the time to read through a thousand pages of text to attempt to discern their implications “

Traditional architecture approach use drawing set as the token to communicate with piers and stakeholder.  The architecture drawing acts a the token with standard format, legend, title block and drawing standard to that the design can be certified and communicate between owner, architecture, designers and developers.  LEA  adopt the similar concept to establish LEA  drawing set which serve as the token to deliver architecture information to the stakeholders. The  architecture drawing sets include the  business architecture drawings, the  application architecture drawings, data architecture drawings and technology architecture drawings
